Returns — SOLSTICE FINE ART

Prints: We accept returns on undamaged prints within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Originals: Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and final sale, unless the piece arrives damaged.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email solsticefineart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll respond with next steps, and refunds go back to your original payment method.
